What can I do if the product I want to buy is sold out?
If the product you want to buy is Sold Out on the site, unfortunately it will not be possible to buy it until it is available again. To stay up to date on the restock of our products, we invite you to subscribe to the newsletter.
I was unable to add a free gift to my order that was included in the promotion, why?
Any freebies are always considered available WHILE STOCKS LAST and will not be compensated with cash refunds.
How to use a promo code?
When you receive a promotional code, to complete the purchase you will have to enter it in the box that you will find indicated in the checkout as "DISCOUNT CODE". Once you have entered the data you will have to click on "apply" and wait for it to be applied.
What payment methods do you accept?
Hedgehog Hibernation accepts payments with PayPal, credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDeal, Bancontact. Bank transfers and cash on delivery are not accepted.
Can I pay with 18app and with the Teacher Card?
Not at the moment.
My payment was declined. What can I do?
Your payment may be declined for one of the following reasons:
a. The card may be expired. Make sure your card is within its expiration date.
b. You may have exceeded your card limit. Check with your bank to make sure your card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
c. It is possible that some of the data entered is incorrect. Verify that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
I need the invoice.
To get an invoice for your order, you must write to us at illetargodelriccio@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, indicating your complete billing information, the order number you placed, and the email address to which you want the invoice to be sent. You will receive the invoice by email within a few days.
What are the shipping times?
Your package will be ready in a maximum of 2-3 working days during periods of normal traffic on the site. Shipping takes approximately another 3-5 working days to arrive in most areas of Italy: therefore, calculate a maximum of 3 days to receive the tracking email and 8 working days in total from the order to have the package in your hands.
Where is my package?
Each order is automatically assigned a unique tracking code, generated by Poste Italiane. You can see it in the shipping confirmation email and also in your profile (if it exists). We invite you to use the tracking code to find out where your package is (you can enter it directly on the Poste Italiane website). The code will be active 24 working hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
If I am not at home when will the delivery take place?
Follow the tracking to know when your package will be delivered. If you do not think you will be at home, another delivery will be attempted or your product will eventually go into storage.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Italy. We will soon be shipping to other countries!
Can I send you back products with imperfections or broken ones?
Yes, of course. If the product is broken or shows obvious imperfections, you can return it within 30 days from the date you received it. This will only be possible after having evidence (via photos) of the damage. Contact us at the email address illetargodelriccio@gmail.com within 24 hours (excluding weekdays). If you contact us after 24 hours, we do not guarantee the possibility of a return. Once we have received the products back, we will re-credit the amount paid. Remember that the shipping costs you will incur will not be refunded.
The return is not valid for digital products.
